How to update the website
- visit http://hvnzda.org.nz/ (bookmark this link)
- click on the login link (to the top right)
- enter the passphrase if prompted, note it is in lower case
- click on the link to the page you want to edit on the left hand menu
- then click on the ''edit' link (from the top right hand menu)
- change the text displayed in the text area as required
- Important - put your name in the author box at the bottom of the page
- click the Save button
Editing a page
- simply follow the way things are already done on the page
- it doesn't matter if you make a mistake, all changes are saved (click on the history link to view changes and restore from previous versions)
- when editing the following quick reference is displayed at the bottom of the page

Adding a new page
- enter the name of the new page in the text box at the bottom of the left hand menu and click Add page.
- use the following markup in a page, then click on the new link.
Adding an image
- use the following markup in a page, then click on the link to upload the image
- stick to a naming convention with images, eg yyyy-mm-image-name.jpeg

Attaching a document or file to a page
- use the following markup in a page, then click on the link to upload the document or file
Updating or replacing a file or image
- on the page you file or image is located click on the top right Attach link. A list of files will be shown. Click on the delta (Δ) and load the new version of the file.
